Description

This hot Ashwagandha milk recipe is a relaxing nightime drink to tonify and soothe the nervous system and help you get your ZZZzzzs

Ingredients

300 milliliters
milk (of your choice)
1 teaspoon
ashwagandha powder
1⁄4 teaspoon
cinnamon powder
2 pinches
nutmeg powder
2 pinches
clove powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
mulungu powder (Optional)

Instructions

Place a small amount of milk in saucepan, add herbs and spice and mix well with whisk or spoon. Add the rest of milk, and heat gently. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.

Sip slowly and enjoy deep sleep.

Ashwagandha is traditionally drunk with hot milk as a relaxing and sleep promoting night time beverage.
