cashews
1 cup
shredded coconut
1⁄3 cup
tahini
2 tablespoons
coconut oil
2 tablespoons
matcha powder
2 tablespoons
maca powder
2 tablespoons
lions mane powder
1 teaspoon
ginger powder
2 tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons
lemon zest
1 tablespoon
maple syrup

Instructions

Grind the cashews and coconut to a powder, add the remainder of the ingredients and using wet hands, roll into bite sized balls. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
