Power through the day with these rich lemony snacks, loaded with natures best herbs for mental focus and stamina

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raw cashews
1 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup tahini
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoon matcha powder
2 tablespoon maca powder
2 tablespoon lions mane powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind the cashews and coconut to a powder, add the remainder of the ingredients and using wet hands, roll into bite sized balls. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
