Description

You can whip up this healthy & gourmet dip in under 5 minutes (maybe 10 if you include running to the garden to pick the dill!) It is packed with easily digestible protein, omega 3, 6 & 9, and herbs that benefit digestion.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
hemp seeds
1⁄4 cup
almond milk
1 cup
olive oil
1⁄4 cup
lemon juice
1 clove
garlic
1 bunch
dill (2 sprigs fresh, or 1 Tablespoon dried)
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt

Instructions

DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds (scrape down sides & blend again). Serve & Enjoy.

NOTES: If you don’t have fresh dill, you can substitute 1 Tablespoon of dried dill, or you could try fresh coriander or basil! You can also water this down a bit and it makes an excellent dressing.
