INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons milk thistle
2 teaspoon licorice root
2 teaspoon burdock root
2 teaspoon dandelion root
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil 1 Litre water, add herbs and simmer.
Cover for 15 mins, strain and enjoy feeling better !
You can drink this concoction before going out, after going out or both!
