INGREDIENTS

25 grams damiana
500 milliliter vodka or tequilla
500 milliliter distilled or springwater
0.75 cup honey or vegan alternative

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak 25 grams of dried Damiana in 500 mil vodka or tequila for 5 days
Strain through a coffee filter, nutbag, or similar and put liquid aside.
Soak the leaves again for 5 days, this time in distilled or spring water
Filter as before.
Warm the water extraction to 71 degree C (need little degrees symbol) so you can melt 3/4 cup of honey (do not simmer or boil).
