INGREDIENTS
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup frozen fruit (mango, banana or blueberries)
1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in to a blender and blend together
