Want to boost your physical performance, increase stamina and maximise your workouts? This smoothie recipe is an easy way to incorporate some serious power building adaptogenic herbs into your daily routine. 

Tribulus  boosts testosterone levels and is used to enhance athletic performance, improve muscle growth and speed recovery time. 

Maca is known to boost energy levels naturally, helping you power through your workouts with more endurance. It also contains amino acids, which are essential for muscle growth and recovery.

Suma is a powerful Brazilian root known for its energising and stamina-boosting properties. It is considered an adaptogen, increasing resistance to stress & boosting performance. You can also substitute Suma in this recipe for Siberian Ginseng or Rhodiola powder, which both have similar properties.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 small Bananas (or 1 large)

1 cup of Milk (your choice)

1-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

5 small Dates (or 1-2 Medjool Dates)

1 tsp Tribulus Powder

1 tsp Maca Powder

1 tsp Suma Powder

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

5 drops Rhodiola Spagyric (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy. Garnish with Cacao Nibs if you want an extra kick!
